Intelligent Fleet Dispatch

Challenge

A regional logistics operator planned routes manually each morning. Static plans could not adapt to traffic, weather, or last-minute order changes, leading to overtime, missed windows, and excess fuel consumption.

Approach

We built an AutopilotX optimization agent that ingests order data, vehicle capacity, live traffic feeds, and fuel pricing. It generates and continuously refines multi-stop routes, with human dispatchers approving or overriding via a dashboard.

Outcome

Fuel costs and overtime hours decreased while on-time delivery improved. Dispatchers spend less time on manual planning and more on exception handling.
